Are Weber Carburetors from Italy a good brand for my 240z?

I bought a 240z a couple months back and I was wondering if Weber was a good brand for my type of car. I haven't tuned it ever since I bought it and its been burning very rich. So my question is are they a good brand, are they reliable, are their tune-ups

Is it safe to use a propane grill when it’s freezing outside?
There a couple of things everyone should be aware of when operating barbecues in below-freezing temperatures. I know a lot of you will say "I’ve never had a problem" but please read on anyway!
A barbecue is not a sophisticated appliance. It does not have the safety features that stop the flow of propane if the flame goes out like a furnace or water heater do…
Propane cylinders are not just storage containers. They are vaporizors too. What I mean by that is the container has to absorb "heat" out of the air around it to make the liquid propane inside boil to produce vapor for the burner. As temperature decreases the ability of the cylinder to vaporize becomes less. If you get down to -44В° the liquid will no longer boil at all! No regular propane appliance can operate at below that temperature because no vapor will come out of the cylinder!
The danger is that the flame may go out because the cylinder can’t produce enough vapor. If left unattended, and the cylinder temperature rises somewhat, the liquid can again boil and will produce vapor. You now have an uncontrolled flow of gas. If it gets a source of ignition elsewhere or you go to relight the appliance you could have an explosion on your hands!
All I want to say is please be careful using BBQ’s in cold temperatures. The colder it is the more careful you must be! I have seen construction accidents where people have died from this very cause…
